At Solo Branded Clothing we strive to provide you with Customer Service of the highest standard. We want all your purchases to arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

All orders placed before 1 p.m. We will try to dispatch for the same day for delivery for Shipping times may vary on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. We do not accept any responsibility for damages that occur during transit, as we do our best to make sure that all products are packed carefully and appropriately to protect them during the delivery process.

Shipping to UK is charged at a flat rate of £4.99.

International Delivery

EU ZONE 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ireland (5-7 working days) – £15.00

EU ZONE 2: EU Zone 3: Czech Republic, Italy, Spain (5-10 working days) – £22.00

EU ZONE 3: Portugal, Sweden (5-7 working days) – £27.00

Delivery to following destination will take 5-10 working days

USA: £17.00 for the first item and £4.99 for each additional item ordered. e.g. 1 item = £20.00, 2 items = £24.99 and so on.

Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We are not liable for delays that may occur as a result of courier related matters.

Our customers are very important and we constantly strive to offer our clients the best shopping experience and we know that delivery charges is an important consideration for every customer that shops online. This is why we have provided discounted shipping rates.

All UK orders are tracked. Confirmation emails will be sent for once the order has been placed and successfully go through and when the order has been shipped. For international we try to provide tracking however this is dependent on the service used. Please state at the checkout stage if you would like a specified neighbor to sign for your parcel (if you are not available on delivery date). Alternatively, you may indicate a safe place where your parcel may be left or simply request that the courier company leaves a card for you to arrange re-delivery. A second delivery is usually attempted the next working day if there is no one to sign for and accept the parcel on the first attempt.

All UK customers must state whether they would like to receive delivery notifications and confirmations via email.

VAT Refund for Non-EC Countries

Solo Branded Clothing is not a part of the VAT Retail Export Scheme. VAT Retail Export Scheme is a voluntary basis scheme, hence you only can claim VAT refund on goods purchase from retail shop that participate in it.

Furthermore, this scheme does not apply to mail order and Internet sales.

A single order maybe split in to multiple shipments, depending on the availability of item in stock and/or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company.

The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
